or in a choice of frames - painted black or white wood, solid oak or gold anodised aluminum
- Our framed prints use Clarity+ acrylic rather than glass as this better protects the artwork from UV rays and aids with safe postage

Care
-Keep dry and hang in a position away from strong sources of light and heat.
-Use an anti-static cloth to clean the acrylic

Delivery 

Please note that we currently only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. We hope to ship to the rest of the world again soon.

Delivery Costs

Free UK delivery for orders over £45 until 31st December 2023.

All orders under £45 are sent via courier at a cost of £4.50.

Delivery Times

Our Prints are printed, mounted and framed to order and will be sent to you directly from our printers. They aim to dispatch all orders via a courier within 8 working days.

Thus, your order will typically arrive within ten to eleven working days. However, this may take a little longer just prior to Christmas and during our sale periods.

Your Order Receipt 

A receipt will be emailed to you when you place your order.

Mixed orders of products and prints will be sent as two separate packages, the products from our studio and the prints from our printers.  

Packaging

We use envelopes, boxes and packing materials made from recycled paper and card and use paper labels and paper tape. These are all responsibly sourced and recyclable through standard home recycling schemes. Please reuse your packaging if possible. 

Returning Products

Please note that our Prints are non-returnable as they are made to order. 

Print, Sale and Seconds products are not eligible for exchange, return or refund.

Faulty or Damaged Products

We thoroughly check all our products and carefully pack them for delivery, however, please do contact us if something isn’t quite right.
